Whole Foods
B+N Industries’ Sorbetti system can be found in several Whole Foods locations across the United States. In the clothing, healthcare, and cosmetics aisles, the Sorbetti system (sometimes in combination with the Puck system) has been used in lieu of the typical display gondolas the grocery giant uses. The aluminum hardware has also been used in combination with warm wood sliders for freestanding merchandise displays. Together, these two systems can carry enormous amounts of weight in product. Sorbetti even had a subtle hand in influencing the facade of the Stevens Creek Whole Foods—an arrangement of two timber columns and a lintel over the store’s main entrance echoes Sorbetti’s essential form.
