Barrington Los Angeles
To rehabilitate an old brick warehouse in West Los Angeles, the architectural team at Shubin+Donaldson turned to B+N Industries’ Fortina louvers. They chose the Aging Metal finish for the louvers and mounted them horizontally within a custom steel frame. Spacing the louvers at alternating three or one-and-a-half-inch increments, the dynamic patterning of the new facade—made especially prominent at nighttime with artificial lighting—brought the building back to life.
